I’ve never submitted any knitted object to any kind of contest. Every year I think I will and when it comes down to it, I don’t. It’s something that’s been on my ‘to do’ list for a very long time.  This year, I got my act together and entered two things to the Bridgewater Fair.

Girasole won first place in the knitted stole category.

And Twilight Mitts wond in the miscellaneous knitted object category.

WOOT!! (and yes, all the ends are woven in, seriously.)

Congratulations to Alisa who won a blue ribbon at the MV agricultural fair for her beautifully knitted lace scarf. Also, YAH! to Erin and Susan for the blue ribbons brought home for Angora Goats Sweet William and Dimples…well done!
