I should be racing around the house, making my lunch, stashing the pets, turning off all the lights, filling my coffee mug, but I’m not. It seems either I get to work on time, or I have fun. Fun keeps winning (Thank God!)
We finally cleared the painting mess off the diningroom table. I’m posting these pictures only so my mother can see what we’ve done.
We painted over the too brightly colored leaves, then I stencilled. Not bad for my first time out. Mark and I redid the hutch in crackle finish, with the same pale blue underneath and a dark brown top coat. Mark also changed the hardware. It’s amazing, my desire to take an axe to it has almost vanished!
